To me growth mindset is a learning based, action oriented way to achieve whatever I want to achieve. It means, learning what to do and doing it over and over again until I succeed. By allowing my self to be challenged, to try and to fail, without giving up or giving in, I am allowing my self to learn and ultimately to succeed. For teaching it is a brain-based learning, teaching method, focused on the science of learning. But why listen to me? Next, to give a scientific explanation for what makes growth mindset work, is Stephanie Frank Faye. in her, Neuroscience of Growth Mindset (Frank, 2016-2017), YouTube video collection, explores the neuroscience of mindset. She explains that the brain is malleable making it possible for it to expand based on the formation of new neural connections, she calls neuroplasticity. She talks about self-directed neuroplasticity where people focus on, and choose the neural pathways they want to develop. She also gives educators, tips on how to introduce mindset to others.

Trevor Regan, a student athlete developer, has published many videos on his YouTube channel, focused on evangelizing the growth mindset for sports ability development.
